In a unique hotel complex in northeastern China, automated service has reached new heights. The hotel, housed in a 72-meter building surrounded by pastel-colored mini-castles and domes, features robot assistants that deliver food directly to guest rooms, reducing labor costs and improving convenience.
The hotel complex is part of a themed cultural park that showcases Slavic heritage, featuring replicas of orthodox churches, traditional sculptures, and local cuisine in themed cafes.
The standout feature is the automated room service: robots shaped like traditional nesting dolls deliver food to rooms, eliminating the need for human couriers and reducing operating costs. This represents a growing trend in the hospitality industry worldwide, where robot delivery and smart room automation are becoming standard features in modern hotels.
