Consent to Data Processing

I, the personal data subject, hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, confirm my legal capacity and give my consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Aliev Konstantin Ramizovich (OGRNIP 324670000018857, INN 672220093407), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the address: 12 Voinov-Internatsionalistov St., Vyazma, Smolensk Oblast, 215110 (hereinafter — the Operator).

This consent is given to the Operator for the following actions to be performed with my personal data, using automation tools and/or without such tools: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, depersonalisation, as well as the performance of any other actions provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, by both non-automated and automated means, on the following conditions:

Organization and management of the operation of the Operator's website on the information and telecommunications network Internet, including: providing the User with access to the information and materials contained on the website; conducting marketing, statistical and analytical surveys and studies, including determining the effectiveness of advertising; analysis of the effectiveness of the website, collection of data on the location of users, IP addresses, registration history and reports on the logging of network events.	IP address; “cookie” files; the User's location; depersonalised data about website visitors collected by means of the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service; technical information about the device from which the website is accessed; information about the browser (or other program used to access the website); time of access; addresses of the pages visited; network address of the user's device; referrer (address of the previous page) and the like.	Until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, or until the purpose of the processing of personal data has been achieved, or where the need to achieve the purpose of the processing of personal data no longer exists. The period of processing of personal data using metric services for analysing usage, measuring and improving the performance of the website is determined by the period during which the User uses the website.

This consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator's address or to the email address info@techno-buyer.ae.

The said written statement must contain the information specified in Part 3 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, in particular: surname, given name, patronymic; the name and number of the primary identity document; details of the date of issue of that document and of the authority that issued it; information confirming the fact of the processing of personal data by the Operator; and a signature.

Personal data shall be stored for the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and by other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

I have been warned that, should the consent to the processing of personal data be withdrawn, the Operator is entitled to continue processing personal data without consent where the grounds set out in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6 and Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” are present.

I have been notified that my personal data may be transferred to third parties providing the Seller with order delivery, payment processing, technical operation of the Site and analytics services, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing.

I have been notified that the processing of my personal data may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

I have been notified of my right to lodge a complaint about the Seller's actions with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor).

I confirm that the personal data I have provided is reliable, and I accept responsibility for its accuracy, completeness and currency.
