Taiwanese research firm TrendForce has revealed the specifications of the first foldable iPhone. The device will be equipped with a 7.8-inch inner display and a 5.5-inch outer screen.
For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 offers an 8-inch inner display and a 6.5-inch outer screen. This indicates that Apple is betting on a more compact outer screen while maintaining a solid inner display size for comfortable use.
TrendForce experts predict the foldable iPhone will arrive in the second half of 2026, allowing Apple to thoroughly prepare for the new product's market entry.
