Messaging applications are increasingly becoming platforms for digital document management. Documents with enhanced qualified and non-an advanced electronic signatures can now be sent through designated messaging platforms, streamlining workflows for both businesses and individuals. The sending and receiving of documents for signature happens through the messenger, while the actual signing takes place in a dedicated e-signature app.
Despite these updates, documents from government service portals continue to flow directly into signature applications. Companies send documents through the messenger, and users redirect them to the signing app. This approach is designed to simplify document processing and enhance security.
Beyond the new document management function, modern messaging platforms also support audio and video calls, money transfers, AI assistants, and mini-applications. In late 2025, integration with government information systems is planned through updated digital platforms, which will expand functionality and improve interaction between users and government services.
