Apple is developing a new feature for visionOS 3 that will allow Apple Vision Pro users to scroll content using only their eyes. This transformation would eliminate the need for hand gestures while browsing websites and reading.
Currently, Vision Pro already supports basic gaze control, where a user fixes their gaze on an object and uses a hand gesture to select it. With the new feature, users will be able to navigate and scroll content exclusively with their eyes.
The feature is expected to be integrated into all built-in Vision Pro apps. Additionally, Apple is developing an API to allow third-party developers to incorporate this technology into their applications.
