Apple's New Affordable MacBook with A18 Pro Chip

Renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reports that Apple plans to release a budget MacBook equipped with the A18 Pro processor, the same chip used in the iPhone 16 Pro. Production of this model is scheduled for late 2025 to early 2026.

The laptop will be available in three colors: silver, pink, and yellow. The design resembles the 13-inch MacBook Air but with a new processor. Pricing information is not yet available.

Apple plans to produce 5 to 7 million units in 2026, representing a significant portion of MacBook shipments, according to Kuo. This move could strengthen the company's position in the laptop market.
